CRC-Evans pioneered automated welding. Over the decades, we introduced systems that have been used to construct thousands of miles of pipelines around the world, from the frozen arctic to tropical jungle to scorching desert. Along the way, our commitment to providing new tools for higher productivity has resulted in many innovative applications. The breadth and depth of our collective experience is significant. 65 years in the pipeline construction business, 35 years in the automated welding business and over 46,000 miles (over 75,000 km) of pipeline mean contractors have access to a store house of expertise. But, as important as that is, we never forget that our real purpose is to supply the contractor with the tools and the means to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
