Affiliated with the pipeline industry
and CRC-Evans’ predecessors since 1972. For CRC-Evans, Mr. Carey
has held the position of Division Manager of the Automatic Welding
division, Executive Vice President and President. Appointed President
of Enterra’s Oilfield Services and Equipment Group after CRC-Evans
was acquired by Enterra. Appointed Senior Vice President of Weatherford
Enterra after the merger of Weatherford and Enterra. Co-led the management
buyout of CRC-Evans in 1997 and was then appointed Chief Executive
Officer of CRC-Evans. Graduated from Vanderbilt University with a
BS in Chemical Engineering and from Stanford University with an MBA. |

Has 19 years of experience in the
energy services industry. Served eight years as divisional CFO for
three of the five divisions of National Oilwell, a $1.8 billion oilfield
services company. Directly participated in completing over $1.6 billion
of merger and acquisition transactions at National-Oilwell. Worked
for five years as Chief Accountant and Director or Corporate Planning
and Analysis for Weatherford Enterra Corporation. Began his auditing
career with KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Laake is a Texas Certified Public
Accountant. |
